The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering a world-class experience. Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Vendors, Candidates, and HR Centers of Excellence (COE's), the TACES partners with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and streamlined processes from hire requests to creating a differentiated candidate interview experience. Also source and contact the best candidates.

Where is the work:

This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite a week) at the Naucalpan office.

What you will do:

• Cultivate a partnership-centric approach to the candidate experience, fostering strong relationships with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey.

• Deliver an exceptional interview experience for candidates by providing comprehensive support throughout the process, including interview scheduling and logistics, travel and expense coordination, and overall guidance for candidates.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and interview teams to equip them with the necessary tools and resources to accurately evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.

• Lead interview prep sessions. Develops interview questions with the hiring manager so interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.

• Proactively coach and guide stakeholders in complying with standard work processes, promoting diversity and inclusion, and continuously improving the experience.

• Source candidates via the following methods: Taleo and external databases, research, diversity and industry associations

• Contribute to diversity conference hiring including pre-conference interview selection and post conference pipeline

• Manage candidates using processes and technology that allows effective pipeline management and ability to measure and improve results

• Build sustainable methods to fill, nurture, and cultivate candidates by all TA stakeholders, including ability to measure and continuously improve

• Works with hiring managers and talent acquisition partners on a daily basis

• Responsible for managing cases in the Employee Center, including reviewing, assigning, and closing.

• Play a key role in execution of organizational hiring initiatives/projects and talent acquisition strategy.

• Support Talent Acquisition Partners in resume review.

• Prepare job postings to align with the organization's recruitment marketing standards.

• Demonstrate agility and adaptability in managing requisition creation requests, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and overall customer satisfaction.

• Drive innovation and improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and implement new practices that align with partnership, agility, and exceptional candidate service.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ranging from general inquiries to complex challenges, by leveraging a thorough understanding of the organization's structure, HR internal processes, and relationships with vendors, managers, and HR teams.

• Contribute to special projects that optimize the Talent Acquisition function, such as coordinating recruiting materials, managing recruitment events, and reviewing candidate resumes through the lens of partnership and agility.

What you will bring:

· Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, recruitment coordination, or a similar role that emphasizes partnership and agility.

· Proficiency in utilizing HR systems and tools, with previous experience in PeopleSoft, Taleo, SharePoint, or similar platforms.

· Proficiency in finding and utilizing job portals and different source of hires like associations, technical schools.

· Advanced level of English (mandatory)

· Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

· Superior customer service orientation, time management, and organizational skills to efficiently manage a high volume of candidate interactions.

· Embraces a partnership mindset, collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
