At Globe Communications , as a Manager of Contract Management you’ll oversee all aspects of onboarding subcontractors. Work with various departments on the improvement and streamlining of current processes associated with contracts and related documents.

    What you’ll do:

  • Provide subcontractors with the required onboarding paperwork (contract, pay rates, insurance requirements, etc)

  • Ensure all documents are properly completed before a subcontractor can start performing work

  • Maintain subcontractor files, insurance certifcates and all other required documents

  • Administer changes to the subcontractor process as needed

  • Work with Operations team on any issues that arise with a subcontractor

  • Consult with the Legal department when issues arise

  • Communicate with the subcontractor insurance agents as needed

  • Assist with recruiting new subcontractors

  • Coordinate vendor setup with the accounting department

  • Assist with subcontractor retainage when applicable

    What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older

  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company

  • 5-8 years experience in contract management

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

  • Strong Communication and Analytical skills

  • Self motivated with ability to work indepedently

  • Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
