Description We are offering an exciting role in the Finance sector, based in Myerstown, Pennsylvania, United States. The role of Accountant involves preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow and accounts, conducting financial analysis, managing payroll processes, and ensuring tax compliance. This role also involves collaboration with other departments to support financial goals and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities: • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and statements to guide decision-making • Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to maintain financial health of the company • Conduct financial analysis to guide decision-making and strategy development • Manage and coordinate payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees • Ensure tax compliance by accurately calculating and filing tax returns in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations • Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals and align departmental objectives with overall company objectives • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations to maintain legal operations • Use Accounting Software Systems, ERP Solutions, and Microsoft Office to perform accounting functions and manage financial data • Perform auditing tasks to ensure financial accuracy and transparency • Manage budget processes to align financial planning with company goals. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Proficiency in Great Plains (GPAC)

• Ability to perform various Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Auditing skills

• Experience with Budget Processes
