Join our vibrant People Analyst (PA) team as an Intern and embark on a thrilling journey. We lookout specifically in managing employee records, handling claims, and assisting with HR projects. You will play a key role in supporting our People & Culture team in various administrative and operational functions. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. You will have the chance to contribute to our HR operations while developing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Your Day-to-Day
Assisting the Leave Management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date leave records for employees.
Helping process and track leave applications, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assisting Claim Management and processing employee claims, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement and helping to review and verify supporting documents for claims.
Helping to prepare and generate claim reports for payroll team review.
Supporting and assisting the HR team in executing various HR projects, including dashboard development and process improvement initiatives.
You Know-How
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry especially excel and spreadsheet.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
