Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Ford F-350 trucks, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately using advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are in proper working order.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to explain necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and repair techniques related to F-350 trucks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic, with specific expertise in Ford F-350 trucks.
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical components.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Proven managerial experience as this position will eventually lead to supervising 2-3 Mechanics.
