Description:

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  1. High School Diploma required.

  2. Two years of experience in outreach and enrollment work is preferred. Familiarity with local health and human resources.

  3. Good communication skills; rapport with neighborhood people and organizations; familiarity with communication technology.

  4. Must be able to work independently.

  5. Must have valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

  1. Primarily involves sitting, standing and reading and speaking with potential clients. Stooping and reaching when filing charts.

  2. Requires lifting, carrying and/or pushing/pulling up to 20 pounds.

  3. Is continuously performing detailed tasks being subject to interruptions and continuously evolving and changing work priorities.
