INPRO CORP Finance Coordinator in MUSKEGO, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Come join an award winning company and make a difference! We are searching for a motivated individual to join our Finance Team as a Finance Coordinator. This position is primarily responsible for helping in multiple finance department areas and filling in as needed. What you will do in this role: Review purchase orders/contracts. Approve/amend/negotiate as necessary to ensure mutual agreement between Inpro and the customer. Work closely with sales and contract administration to resolve purchase order/contract issues. Utilize Aging Report to contact customers for inital and follow-up calls for past due balances. Filling out pay applications timely. Reconcile contracts to account balanaces and identifying discrepancies. Answer payment line and process payments for customers. Back up for project closeout specialist to complete lien waivers and closeout documentation. Back up for the credit administrative assistant by posting checks to customer accounts accurately and efficiently Processing insurance certificate requests Work on special projects and reports All other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks Ability to follow written processes and direction from Controller and Team Lead Making effective decisions promptly to satisfy both internal and external customers Continually improve position by change and innovation.
