QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree required

• A minimum of two (2) Years Healthcare recruitment experience and knowledge of healthcare applicant sourcing techniques, preferred.

• Current RN licensure with South Carolina Board of Nursing, highly preferred.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, required.

• Certification in Healthcare Recruiting, preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :

• Strong communication skills including written, verbal and presentations.

• Knowledge regarding nursing unit operations and demonstrate ability to utilize the nursing process as required.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the goals of the organization.

• Exceptional detail and follow-through skills.

• Ability to influence potential applicants and others.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including: Word and Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.

• Ability to be resourceful and maintain flexibility.

• Ability to use various types of data to guide in decision-making.

• Ability to work with diverse teams.

• Ability to assist in resolving conflicts and diffuse stressful situations.

• Ability to maintain objectivity and remain calm in complex situations.
