Job Summary:
To promote maximum service to MTE teammates by supporting their hardware and software needs in a manner to provide affordable, reliable, safe electricity and outstanding member service.
Job Requirements:
Encompass the three virtues of the Ideal Team Player (Humble, Hungry and People Smart).
At least an associates degree in information technology, computer science, or related field; or successful completion of TCATs Information Technology program; or four years of related experience.
Must have one of the following active certifications. Equivalent or higher-level certifications are acceptable.

CompTIA A+
o
Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
o
Google IT Support Certificate
Must have a good understanding of computer workstations, printers, and other peripherals, such as monitors, keyboards, scanners, and mice.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Willingness to participate in on-the-job training.
