An award-winning Architecture and Engineering firm in northwest Indiana is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee large-scale projects in industrial, government/federal, distribution, and light manufacturing sectors. They will work on-site and in-office, managing various aspects of construction projects to ensure successful completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage large-scale construction projects ranging from $5-50 million

• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, commercial, and architectural/design teams

• Spend 25-50% of the time on construction sites

• Produce drawings or assist with drawings as needed

• Mark up documents using Bluebeam

• Utilize Microsoft Office for project management tasks

• Conduct site investigations using 360 cameras, distometers, force meters, etc.

• Travel within the Midwest and Northeast regions for project needs

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering

• Experience as a Project Manager on large projects

• Experience with industrial, commercial, government/federal, distribution, and light manufacturing projects is preferred

• Ability to observe, report, take pictures, and create daily field reports

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

• Experience in mechanical and electrical fields

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00
