What do you contribute?

  • You lead and manage the engineering team, responsible for the design and development of a hydrogen-powered vehicle, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications in alignment with Siemens Mobility's standards.

  • You collaborate with cross-functional international teams, including other engineering entities, production, and supply chain, to drive product development and ensure seamless integration of hydrogen fuel cell technology.

  • You will in particular interface with North American teams at the West Coast, therefore collaborating across multiple time zones.

  • Furthermore you coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, while reflecting Siemens Mobility's commitment to quality and safety.

  • You monitor and manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery, adhering to Siemens Mobility's project management practices.

What do you bring along?

  • You have a Master`s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Furthermore, you already have several years professional experience and knowledge in rail engineering or a related field, with a focus on hydrogen fuel cell technology and/or propulsion systems.

  • You have knowledge of hydrogen fuel cell technology, including system design, integration, and performance optimization.

  • You have proven experience in project management, leading international cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
