Summary
We are looking for a dynamic individual who will contribute to the future of the electronics industry by creating a world-class experience for customers using Supplyframe SaaS solutions.
As a Solution Delivery Consultant, you will work with our customers, independently or with other Siemens and Supplyframe team members, to bring value to customer organizations through the implementation of Supplyframe SaaS solutions. You will participate in identifying and defining solution rollout programs alongside customer engagement teams. You will be responsible to deliver against these programs, guiding the customer through all aspects of their Supplyframe implementation. Your mission is to accelerate the customer’s Supplyframe value journey, fueling growth, partnership, and shared success.
This role requires a high level of independence to lead successful software implementations from kickoff to completion. Likewise, this role requires a high level of collaboration with customer project teams and business leadership. A Supplyframe Customer Success Manager is paired with you on every customer engagement. Together, you will devise a plan for continued success that the Customer Success Manager will carry forward with that customer as your move forward to your next assignment.
Responsibilities
Implement Supplyframe software solutions to address customer business needs
Lead project kickoffs, requirements workshops, and solution definition walkthroughs
Transfer business requirements into solution configurations and usage methodologies
Specify solution data requirements and support technical teams with data integrations
Support customer teams through the preparation and execution of acceptance testing
Guide and support the customer through launch planning and readiness, end user training, and production Go-Live events
Partner with Supplyframe Customer Support in delivering post-launch hypercare
Partner with Supplyframe Customer Success in developing a plan for continued customer success, including post-launch solution adoption and value realization
Keep sponsors and stakeholders informed of progress, tracking and communicating project changes per the agreed-to governance model
Support pre-sales solution scoping and occasionally sales pursuit activities
Collaborate with Supplyframe Product Management to inform the continued growth and evolution of our SaaS product portfolio
Maintain subject matter expertise in our SaaS products and solutions, and in the benefits that they offer to our customers
Maintain subject matter expertise in the preferred data integration methods to enable our solutions
Maintain subject matter expertise in our project delivery approach & methodology
Collaborate with fellow Solution Delivery team members to elevate our ability to deliver against our shared mission
Travel to customer sites as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related, or equivalent work experience
Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle) is desired
Mid level experience of solution consulting or implementation experience on enterprise software projects (ERP; Source to Pay; Quote to Order)
Proven practical experience in spend management, supply chain planning, and/or customer quoting domains is strongly preferred
New Product Introduction (NPI) or manufacturing experience in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Electronics, Industrial Equipment, or Medical Devices is desired
Detail-oriented with a positive and inquisitive attitude
Exhibit a high degree of self-motivation and drive
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to understand complex technical processes, problem solve and influence customers on best practices or workable solutions
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Business language proficiency in English and German
Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of tools
