The Strategic Account Services (SAS) team is seeking a Manager in Munich or Berlin who is self-motivated, results-driven and capable of working in a dynamic environment focused on leading a team of 6 Senior Marketplace Consultants as well as a Project team of minimum 10 SMEs for MFN/SFP.

SAS program seeks to improve the customer and Seller experience on Amazon by working directly with Sellers to improve value, selection and convenience across their business. Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes and people to grow the program, improve seller engagement and satisfaction and enable scalable EU solutions. As a People Manager for SAS and Owner of the MFN/SFP SAS workstream you will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategy to meet your team level goals including Seller satisfaction goals, and continuously striving to improve your team’s productivity.

Key job responsibilities

Build and deliver a strategy to meet your team level goals including Seller satisfaction and continuously strive to improve your team’s productivity as they focus on supporting their own portfolio of Sellers to achieve their growth goals by becoming experts of the Marketplace.

Regularly audit key metrics to ensure your team is optimizing for Sellers growth and satisfaction. Listen to and conduct deep dives on challenges your team and their Sellers are facing and provide inputs to the Lux Product Management teams and ESM teams to drive improvements.

In addition you will be owing the MFN/SFP Fulfillment Workstream in SAS, which includes following key tasks: 1) Define and deliver business input goals for MFN/SFP, 2) Constantly improve MCX in SAS for both programs, reaching minimum 80% in 2024, 3) Protect and improve the Seller Experience (SX), reaching minimum 90% in 2024, 4) Test new pilots and mechanisms with top Sellers, 5) Lead a SME team of minimum 10 SMEs for MFN/SFP to deliver on goals and 6) closely work with MFN/SFP Counterparts and PMs across EU in Central and LUX teams to drive program improvements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English

  • Experience managing and developing people

  • Highly analytical skills, resourceful and customer focused.

  • Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced and dynamic business environments while managing the sometimes conflicting needs of different groups of stakeholders.
