To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor (m/f/d) full-time to join us as soon as possible.

What to expect:

• Responsible for cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and outdoor spaces

• Quality control of cleaned rooms and areas

• Supporting housekeeping management with daily organization

• Coordinating room cleaning and task planning

• Liaison between housekeeping, maintenance, front office, and laundry

• Documenting and resolving issues together with the front desk

• Communicating and coordinating room occupancy changes

• Providing information about available guest-ready rooms

What we’re looking for:

• Several years of experience in housekeeping

• Ideally, experience with Opera

• A keen eye for detail

• Knowledge and experience with cleaning products

• Strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and a service-driven approach

• Good German and English language skills
