Your new role!

As a member of the Global Operations Team of Global Learning & Growth (GLG), you will be responsible to build, manage and develop the global vendor landscape within the Siemens Learning Ecosystem.

The core of this role is, to partner with Managed Service Providers (MSP) in the arena of Business Learning where you will assume responsibility for service portfolio and contract fulfillment in terms of quality, quantities, pricing and compliance.

One objective of this position will be to take over the operational responsibility for the MSPs in Italy, Spain, Portugal and France, and to partner and interact with local Learning Partners, P&O, procurement, country management, and to act as critical issue instance for MSP related matters.

The second focus of this role will be to step into delivery governance of the global MSP, as a deputy to the global lead. This role is an outstanding opportunity for you as it includes ownership of global delivery processes including measurement and reporting, and for application in the Siemens Learning IT landscape.

What role will you play?

  • Take over and handle the contract fulfillment, the daily operations including reporting with the country managed service providers in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy in close cooperation with local Learning Partners and Field P&O.

  • Ensure that the needed training portfolio is offered in these countries, and that global products are being offered in country according to global agreements. Liaise with GLG Learning Partners, P&O and partners locally. Contribute to the MLW country channels regarding delivery aspects.

  • Further develop and harmonize the MSP contracts together with the Global Contract Manager and the local Management and procurement.

  • Support the global delivery lead to manage the global MSP delivery, to coordinate and streamline the global delivery process framework in collaboration with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

  • Harmonize delivery processes and requirements to the MSP contracts globally

  • Transform product requirements into delivery solutions (processes, tools) including implementation within the MSP model, e.g. for regions as well as for global rollouts

  • Drive the transformation of MSPs according to Siemens needs, optimize and consolidate the MSP Landscape

  • Connect and embed delivery processes into the Siemens process and tool landscape

  • Own and integrate the VILT training platform within the MSP business, liaise with GLG T&I and Siemens IT

  • Propose and implement Change Requests to the GLG learning IT landscape (OneLMS, MyLeWo, Pulse Cockpit)

  • Own and manage templates and feedback portal in the global Learning Management system (OneLMS)

  • This role requires occasional business travels

What you need to make real what matters.

  • You have a University Degree or equivalent experience, such as a Master's in Business Administration or Computer Science. It is important to have an affinity for Contract and Business Process Management.

  • You must have a validated and long working experience in the Operations department of an international company.

  • In addition to that, you excel with a consistent record in IT Management, Data Literacy, and Artificial Intelligence in Operations.

  • Intercultural experience is very helpful

  • You are experienced in Business Process Management, IT Tools, and Compliance Questions. You possess a strong drive for achieving results and excel in implementing strategies and plans.

  • You bring knowledge of Architectures, applying workflows to IT, creating change requests, using code templates, and integrating virtual meeting (VILT) platforms.

  • You are able to set up reporting and master the data-driven approach to process optimization.

  • You are innovative and capable of implementing solutions both regionally and globally.

  • Fluent written and spoken English is required.
