As Loan Administrator (f/m/d) Syndicated Loans you are responsible for the daily servicing of the Credit and Treasury portfolio of Siemens Bank GmbH and act as contact person for all Operations related topics.

Your key responsibilities.

  • Conduct daily maintenance of the project and structured finance loan portfolio to ensure accurate payments and highest data quality

  • Review and analyze syndicated loan documentation

  • Coordinate secondary market transactions including all loan trading documentation such as Trade Confirmations, Transfer Agreements and Pricing Letters

  • Nostro account management including daily monitoring and reconciliation of cashflows

  • Provide advice on all operational topics to other departments such as Credit Risk Management, Treasury, Accounting and Controlling, Compliance and Regulatory Reporting

  • Collaborate and liaise with customers, loan agencies, bank partners, key regulators as well as internal and external auditors

  • Play an active role by contributing your expertise to initiate projects, and operational improvements as part of our automation and digitalization strategy

  • Develop team members through mentoring and coaching in complex subjects

Your toolkit for success.

  • Showcase educational excellence with a relevant degree in economics/business administration or a comparable field of studies, ideally with a focus on finance

  • Bring at least four years of experience in syndicated loan business, preferably in loan administration/operations

  • Experience in closing and booking of primary transactions and secondary trading activities

  • Familiarity with the LMA standards

  • Intercultural sensitivity and excellent English skills enable you to communicate and collaborate with colleagues and partners in an international environment

  • Ability to evaluate results, make fact-based decisions and update relevant collaborators while managing competing priorities

  • A strong teamwork ethic, good organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail complete your profile
