We are looking for a Field Manager for the DACH region to oversee and manage the Field services in Germany and Switzerland on a full-time permanent contract.

  • In charge of the Field Teams in both Germany and Switzerland

  • Responsible for leading the on-site execution for assigned projects within the deadlines

  • Work closely with the Project Team on the planning and execution of studies

  • Ensure that the client expectations are being met and the test protocol and design are properly executed for assigned projects

  • Responsible for the quality and consistency of the services provided by the sites for the consumer tests

  • Provides leadership and mentoring to Field Managers promoting a positive and productive work environment

  • Organize and optimize workloads for better productivity

  • Put in place innovative ways to improve processes, better task allocation and automation

  • Create and share best practices in both countries while streamlining of the processes

  • Anticipate and identify challenges in Fielding and liaise with the Research teams to find solutions to enable projects continuity

  • Participate in or lead workgroups responsible for continuous software improvement(eSPM, RedJade, etc.)

  • Actively participate in the development of consumer databases

  • Ensure the Field's monthly operational reporting

  • Confident handling of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
