Aufgabengebiet

• Als Associate Medical Director Immunology (m/w/d) für den Bereich Medizin Immunologie verantworten Sie die Medical Betreuung etablierter Produkte im Markt sowie die Implementierung der Pipeline-Produkte in den Bereichen Psoriasis, Psoriasis Arthritis, rheumatologischer Formenkreis der Erkrankungen und in weiteren Indikationsbereichen.

• Ihr Verantwortungsbereich umfasst darüber hinaus die funktionsübergreifende Koordination und Betreuung aller medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen und arzneimittel-sicherheitsrelevanten Aktivitäten. Sie koordinieren die Pre-launch und Launch Aktivitäten des Produkt-Portfolios in der Medizin und arbeiten dabei eng mit den globalen Brand Teams zusammen.

• Sie sind an der Erstellung globaler Strategiekonzepte beteiligt und gewährleisten deren Umsetzung auf lokaler Ebene.

• Sie verantworten die medizinischen Inhalte von Market Access Aktivitäten und unterstützen Market Access bei der Erstellung von allen Dokumenten im Rahmen des AMNOG-value-dossiers zur Definition des Patienten-relevanten Zusatznutzens der Therapie.

• Sie beurteilen medizinische und pharmazeutische Inhalte von promotionellen und nicht promotionellen Materialien und ziehen dazu entsprechende wissenschaftliche Daten sowie die Meinung externer Therapeuten heran.

• Sie besuchen medizinische Konferenzen, Kongresse und Fachtagungen und repräsentieren BMS als medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Experte im Indikationsbereich gegenüber Meinungsführern/Ärzten, Patientenorganisationen und Leistungsträger, um aktuelle Erkenntnisse zum Therapie-gebiet zu gewinnen und solide medizinische Partnerschaften auf Augenhöhe aufzubauen.

• Darüber hinaus führen und entwickeln Sie ein leistungsstarkes medizinisches Team von Medical Advisors und Medical Science Managern.

Anforderungsprofil

• Sie sind promovierter Arzt, idealerweise mit abgeschlossener Facharztausbildung oder verfügen über ein vergleichbares naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit anschließender naturwissenschaftlicher Promotion.

• Sie haben bereits über mehrere Jahre hinweg (min. 3 Jahre) Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie gesammelt, insbesondere als Medical Advisor, und dabei funktionsübergreifende Projekte gesteuert.

• Sie können umfassende Kenntnisse in der Immunologie, insbesondere mit dem Fokus auf Dermatologie und Rheumatologie nachweisen.

• Sie überzeugen als natürliche Führungspersönlichkeit, die glaubwürdig, authentisch, kommunikationsstark und menschlich auftritt.

• Aufgrund Ihrer bereits mehrjährigen Erfahrung beim Führen von Mitarbeitern sind Sie in der Lage, ein Team abzuholen und zu inspirieren. Sie treten selbstbewusst auf und beziehen klar Position, gehen dabei aber dennoch diplomatisch und mit Feingefühl vor.

• Ihr Verhandlungsgeschick wird von Durchsetzungsstärke ergänzt.

• Sie besitzen Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Value-Dossiers und haben Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Implementierung von klinischen/pharmakologischen Studien.

• Sie bezeichnen sich als „Networker“, sind kommunikativ und offen und überzeugen durch Ihre konzeptionelle und analytische Denkweise.

• Sie arbeiten effizient in Teamstrukturen des lokalen sowie internationalen Umfelds, Ihre Kooperationsfähigkeit zeichnet Sie aus.

• Sie sind belastbar, wissen Prioritäten zu setzen und behalten stets den Überblick über Ihren Aufgabenbereich, da Sie gut organisiert und strukturiert arbeiten.

• Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten zur Präsentation und Diskussion wissenschaftlicher Inhalte vor Fachpublikum, auch in verhandlungs- und präsentationssicherem Englisch, runden Ihr Profil ab.
