Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $14 / hour 

What you'll be doing as a Dispatcher:

Coordinate and dispatch tow trucks to respond to roadside assistance requests and emergencies

Maintain communication with drivers, clients, and service providers to ensure efficient and timely service delivery

Monitor and track assignments, update records, and provide support to drivers as needed.

Provide basic clerical support

Create invoices and run credit card payments

Job requirements:

Have the temperament to handle disputes and emergencies.

Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficient computer skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time

Ability to prioritize tasks

Strong organizational skills
