Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Client Segment Risk Team. This position will oversee a team that provides support to various supervisory processes across Client Segments. This includes, but is not limited to Business Control Unit functions, Risk Officer support activities, and preparation and reporting for various Governance forums. This team is actively growing and taking on more responsibilities, so we are looking for someone who can handle change and growth, and help a team thrive in a fast-paced environment. In addition to being an on-site supervisor for this diverse team, we are looking for a VP who can also execute oversight functions alongside the team. This position will have AVP level Team Leads reporting to them, so we are looking for someone that can coach individual contributors as well as coach and help develop Team Leads.

Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:

Manage a growing team of 25 individuals (including 2 Team Leads who will be direct reports) Optimize team structure to efficiently onboard & train new team members while also having responsibility of executing tasks Develop and refine communication cadence with US based stakeholders to share status of work, insights noted and efficiency opportunities Act as manager while also participating in executing a subset of tasks Exercise flexibility in work style and be able to work collaboratively with others on the team

Experience:

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a people manager, preferably in the financial services industry Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred Problem solving skills and strong attention to detail Knowledge of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), FINRA and Investment Compliance Policies Understanding of US financial products, trading rules and regulatory landscape Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet strict SLAs Experience managing supervisors

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making Ability to coach and performance manage a large team while balancing a workload High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
