UX Designer

About the Role

As the UX designer for the Aurora platform, you will be responsible for crafting a user-centric, simple and practical design for the future of Lionbridge technology. You will be working closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to build a modern interface which ultimately will be used by thousands of users daily. You will be an integrated part of the Product organization and based out of the Warsaw office, though this is a hybrid role so you will also be able to work from home.

What you Will Do

• Design, build and help develop

• Work in an agile framework to track Management andProcess

• Work with Lead Product Owners/Managers and software developers

• Craft product design vision, strategy and execution together with partners from across the company; such as Engineering, Product Management,and Operations

• Solve product problems large and small, ensuring disciplines work seamlessly together

• Operate in an ever-changing, global environment by setting context, being the voice for our users and clearing the path for them to have impact

• Drive and support cross-team initiatives that make the User Experience practice at the company

Responsibilities

• Understand product specifications and user psychology

• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback

• Create personas through user research and data

• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success

• Develop wireframes and prototypes around stakeholder needs

• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)

• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role

• Strong portfolio of design projects

• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture

• Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma is our platform,Sketch, Animation, etc)

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus

• Problem-solving aptitude

• Analytical mind with a business acumen

• Excellent communication skills
