RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to thoroughly validate software functionality across various scenarios and edge cases. Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand requirements.

• Design, create, and maintain robust automation scripts using Selenium 4+ and C# to enable efficient regression testing and maximize test coverage. Leverage object-oriented programming principles and design patterns for maintainable code.

• Create detailed testing deliverables such as test scenarios, test data, and traceability matrices to ensure complete coverage of business requirements and functional designs.

• Perform rigorous negative testing to validate proper error handling, input validation, and boundary conditions. Simulate real-world scenarios including unexpected user behavior and system failures.

• Monitor the execution of automated test scripts, analyze results, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the testing process. Investigate root causes and work with developers to resolve defects.

• Provide comprehensive documentation and reports detailing test results, coverage metrics, and identified defects. Communicate testing progress and risks to project stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure test cases accurately map to business requirements and functional designs, ensuring end-to-end validation of the software.

QUALIFICATION

• 7-9 of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Engineering (B.E), MCA.
