Falkonry Solution Engineer in Mumbai, India

A solutions engineer at Falkonry, acts as a tech expert on the pre-sales team, explaining the ins and outs of technology to customers and making sure the technology is deployed to perform its intended functions. A solutions engineer acts as a liaison between the sales team and the product developers, turning complex technical ideas into understandable and attractive solutions. Solutions engineers have a strong technical understanding of key products paired with an empathetic, customer-minded attitude.

Some examples of tasks that solutions engineers work on include:

  • Customization

  • Presentation and Training

  • Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports

Responsibilities

Solutions engineers develop custom solutions for clients, streamline processes, and enhance tech infrastructure to support business objectives. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing technical/custom solutions tailored to client requirements using existing product(s), APIs, 3rd party tools and integrations. Monitor product performance and create reports on key account metrics along with recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Identify user behavior patterns, trends, and actionable adoption insights.

  • Evaluating and enhancing infrastructure to support solution implementation and scaling. Possess knowledge of the company's offerings, their requirements, features and advantages.

  • Collaborating with sales teams to support the sales process and identify growth opportunities. Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.

  • Coordinating cross-departmental efforts to ensure solution compatibility and success. Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical clients, especially on communication.

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting customer technical problems related to product or data sources. Handle customer complaints, inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and tutorials for customers.

Minimum Qualifications

The role demands a combination of analytical mindset, technical proficiency, programming ability and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. The role requires managing customer expectations and working towards high customer satisfaction. Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

  • 3 Years of experience with software development, system architecture, and design

  • Proficiency in Python and API programming

  • Methodology expertise: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall technologies like JIRA, GitHub, Asana to manage the development process efficiently

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Time series analysis, cloud platforms, data management, or ETL frameworks.

  • Past experience in the manufacturing industry and or working with system integrators.
