Job Description
Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.
As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will design, install and evaluate quality control methods and systems. Design continuing maintenance of product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance and methods.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

Responsibilities
As a member of the Quality Engineering team, you will play a key role in delivering efficient and effective quality solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Scrum team lead to ensure that quality deliverables align with project requirements and timelines
Key Responsibilities
Work within the Scrum team to meet quality and delivery milestones.
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using tools such as Selenium and Cucumber.
Design, implement, and execute automated test suites for web, mobile, and API testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA, to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Identify, document, and report software defects, ensuring timely tracking and resolution.
Perform automated regression, performance, and scalability testing.
Continuously enhance automation frameworks and strategies to align with industry best practices.
Monitor test results, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
This role demands a proactive approach to maintaining and improving automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and contributing to the overall success of the project.
