About you and this role

The data analyst's role encompasses collecting and integrating data from diverse sources for analysis. Tasked with cleaning and preprocessing data to ensure its accuracy and reliability. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. By applying statistical methods and data modeling techniques, interpret data and make predictions.

This role will require to interpret data, transforming it into actionable information that can enhance business operations and influence strategic decisions. Gather insights from various sources, discerning patterns, and trends, and then compile comprehensive reports to share with relevant colleagues and stakeholders.

This role is crucial in providing organization with the necessary insights to make informed decisions, ultimately driving growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and interpreting data by working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs.

• Defining new data collection, analyzing processes, performing analytics and maintenance of large database

• Carrying out issue identification and analysis techniques, such as pattern and root cause analysis, to help identify issues and propose solutions.

• Working close with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform and deliver complex analysis to supply data-driven insights to improve strategic business decision-making.

• Planning, designing and developing dashboards, as well as on-going reporting and segmentation strategies and designing, implementing and improving KPI & SLA reports.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required with minimum of 4 years relevant experience in analytical role.

• Bachelor’s degree in subject such as Mathematics, data analytics, Engineering, or science.

• Advanced SQL and Excel skills and experience working with data from multiple sources, data Visualization tools & techniques.

• Strong affinity for collaborating for superior results, delivering innovative solutions, leading courageously and generating customer value.

Preferred Skills

• Data Storytelling, Critical thinking, Collaborative nature, Data analysis Excel, R, Python or any other programming language, knowledge of different modelling and reporting packages, ability to analyze large datasets.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills as Data Analysts to communicate with the wider audience and an analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving with attention to detail, data analysis and precise reporting.

• Relocation/visa sponsorship is not aligned with this role.
