Oracle Principal Product Manager, Growth Strategy in MUMBAI, India
Job Description
This is a high visibility role, the Principal Product of Growth Strategy will optimize a growth framework for the CX organization and monitor and optimize performance through metrics, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting. They will create high value account leads with highest probability of conversion, sales plays, industry insights, win loss analysis, recommend areas of growth, corporate investment, partner strategy etc. This role requires deep understanding of financials, business analysis, strong data analytical skills.
The role is focused on Growth Strategy, the person with this role needs to have a clear understanding of exactly which data matters and how to use it best to drive business improvements.
This role will report into the Senior Director of CX Growth Strategy and Head of Global Deal Strategy

Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities -
This customer-focused business growth specialist will look across the entire CX portfolio and specialize in looking at our customer base to understand and find insights as to where we are adding or losing customers, what parts of the products / features are getting the heaviest usage or no usage at all. They will analyze this data to make recommendations for growth programs in certain regions and cross/up-sell opportunities.
Create sales plays across all CX portfolio of products at precise account level detail, so these opportunities can be added to Global strategic pipeline leads. Sales plays need to provide industry insights, usage insights, attach rates with backoffice products.
A high-impact global role, this role regularly meets with every region field leaders to understand the business landscape (competitive Intelligence/analysis, hot deals, deal strategy, new pricing, legal, alliances), assist with ROI analysis on key deals, develop target account lists based on product and market strategy development and TAM analysis
Mange two other business analysts will specialize in certain product areas (e.g. Marketing / Sales / Service) and have more operational roles that report on bookings for each product, develop field education programs on pricing and packaging, support field pricing or deal questions 1:1, manage DAS approvals. All of these analysts will find patterns in the data to report back to the Head of Growth Strategy in order to feed back into the business data-decision-making-loop.
Extremely data savvy : It’s not about having enough data; it’s about capturing, reviewing, and using the right data with savvy to help the business make better-informed decisions. Analysts on the Growth Strategy team know exactly which data matters and how to use it best to drive business improvements.
Systematic thinker: Finding areas for business growth requires systematic thinking. A growth analyst thinking creates a systematic methodology of data-supported insights (e.g., growing a user base, expanding into a region with a specific product). They have genuine desire to identify strategic opportunities in the business no one else see and figure out how to measure the impact. Analysts works with the Heads of Product Strategy and their teams with clear, reliable, and recommendations for the business
Be strong data analytics skills and have a faster turnaround time ; able to show data to execs in an “easy to consume” pattern providing “highest impact”
Deep collaborator. The key to successful product growth management is the ability to liaise with the field, partners, product with data-backed credibility. Analysts must have the trust and build relationships with the field, partners / Oracle alliances teams, product strategists to help enable adoption of growth programs as well as gather critical intelligence on the performance of the business.
