Logitech National Account Manager - Large Format Retail in Mumbai, India

The Team and Role :

Manage the complete sales and distribution of accessories and lifestyle products through the Large Format Retail channel(LFR) is the responsibility of the Key Account Manager for the LFR channel. In accordance with the company's vision, values, and strategy as well as strong, long-term business practices, the function encompasses all operational and strategic facets of operating the organization's subsidiary.

  1. In charge of meeting quarterly and annual budgetary targets for gross revenue in the LFR domain.

  2. Ascertain that projections are correct in accordance with quarterly plans and that their accuracy exceeds 85%.

  3. Joint Business Plan, carry out, and meet the sales goals according to the business plan.

  4. In the large format retail market, find new channel partners and manage and strengthen relationships with current ones.

  5. Putting sales promotion initiatives into action and launching industry-specific programs.

  6. Gather market data, gain share in existing accounts, and explore new markets to find new partners in unexplored areas.

  7. Create and maximize marketing campaigns linked to sales and growth objectives.

  8. Handle important distributors, channel partners, and stakeholders.

  9. Grow and maintain the current network and run the supply chain efficiently.

  10. Best use of available resources, finances, and cost control overall, as well as specifically for sales and promotional expenses.

  11. Verify adherence to government and organization policies and procedures.

  12. Collaborate with regional shared services teams to guarantee supply chain, finance, HR, and operations alignment.

  13. Assist the Business Head with LFR Business performance evaluations and QBRs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience of managing all India level sales operations.

  • Prior experience working with large-format retail channels is a must.

  • Outstanding leadership abilities in general business management coupled with proficiency in operational process management. Can effortlessly switch between operational and strategic parts.

  • Capacity to manage and introduce products via the large-format retail channel. Solid sales experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) distribution industry, lifestyle products, or accessories.

  • Highly developed cross-cultural and geographical communication and presentation abilities.

  • A track record of exceeding sales goals. Show that you have the know-how to manage operations, increase revenue, and increase market share.

  • Strong work ethics and a focus on outcomes

  • Proficiency in planning and executing tasks in conjunction with global, regional, and local teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s in Business Administration and Proficient in MS Office
