Position: Manager – SAP
Location: Mumbai
Position Summary
Responsible for overall India based all Entity’s SAP Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strong Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana.
At least one End-to-End implementation cycle completed as a core team member.
Strong knowledge of Modules Unit and Integration testing and various phases of SAP Project and operations.
Strong knowledge of various Manufacturing process i.e., Repetitive, Discrete, Trading, Project system, Subcontracting and Job Work.
Required strong knowledge of SAP Modules functions and their integration.
Good Command over Master Data Management as per the SOP and STD SAP norms.
Manage integration projects between SAP and other business applications or external systems (EDIs). Familiarity with system integrations and experience working with APIs and middleware tools.
Good knowledge of Material Management and their movements.
Troubleshoots and resolves problems in routing transections.
Monitor and respond to support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with users.
Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Knowledge of financial operation and impact of manufacturing transection in books.
Abale to generate report and MIS as per the management requirement.
Coordinate with support partners/Vendor.
Other :
Assists in ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
Provide status reports for projects/development/CR to management.
Required knowledge of IFC and ITGC policies and procedures.
Create and Maintain SOP’s for Security and SAP processes & functionality.
Required knowledge of various taxation compliance and policy related to sales and purchase operations.
Required Internal Travelling as per the requirements.
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
Below Skills will be added advantage :
ABAP Language and development
SAP BASIS
Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles.
Basic configurations and settings.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
Any Graduate with relevant experience of 5-7 years
SAP Certification will be added advantage.
