Abbott Manager-Regional Operations & Customer Service in Mumbai, India
The role is responsible for managing Customer Service and Logistics Operations of the Region.
CFA & Transport Management
Manage CFA operation of the Region
Ensure statutory compliance at CFAs
Responsible for infrastructure upgradation of CFAs in line with business need
Ensure compliance on distribution & quality SOPs
Source transporters for secondary distribution
Process payments of CFAs and transporters
Identify and drive M&P initiatives and service level improvement opportunities
Stock Management
Ensure stock replenishment at CFA as per forecast by co-ordinating with Distribution Planning Manager
Monitor FEFO & stock freshness at CFAs
Ensure timely disposal of market return damages & expiries
Budgeting & Spend Management
Responsible for preparing Distribution Budget for the region and tracking budget vs spend
Responsible for rate negotiation with C&FAs, warehouse agencies and transporters
Customer Service
Single point regional co-ordinator for SC related queries
Oversee POSM distribution and sharing of information to sales team
Ensure adherence to SLAs with internal and external stakeholders
