Abbott Manager-Regional Operations & Customer Service in Mumbai, India

The role is responsible for managing Customer Service and Logistics Operations of the Region.

CFA & Transport Management

  • Manage CFA operation of the Region

  • Ensure statutory compliance at CFAs

  • Responsible for infrastructure upgradation of CFAs in line with business need

  • Ensure compliance on distribution & quality SOPs

  • Source transporters for secondary distribution

  • Process payments of CFAs and transporters

  • Identify and drive M&P initiatives and service level improvement opportunities

Stock Management

  • Ensure stock replenishment at CFA as per forecast by co-ordinating with Distribution Planning Manager

  • Monitor FEFO & stock freshness at CFAs

  • Ensure timely disposal of market return damages & expiries

Budgeting & Spend Management

  • Responsible for preparing Distribution Budget for the region and tracking budget vs spend

  • Responsible for rate negotiation with C&FAs, warehouse agencies and transporters

Customer Service

  • Single point regional co-ordinator for SC related queries

  • Oversee POSM distribution and sharing of information to sales team

  • Ensure adherence to SLAs with internal and external stakeholders
