We are currently seeking a Manager-Business Suppor t” to join our team in Mumbai.

In this role, a typical day will look like :

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of order processing specialists.

  • Oversee team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.

  • Monitor and manage order processing of team. Ensure the accurate and timely processing.

  • Manage the daily escalation and close timely manner.

  • Collaborate with cross functional team (Eg. sales, Logistics & finance) to smooth order fulfillment.

  • Assess the revenue risk and drive mitigation plan in timely manner for IB Business

  • Communicate and interact effectively with IB Sales, Finance and Supply chain teams.

  • Partner with sales & supply chain teams for revenue maximization while ensuring adherence to revenue recognition compliance

  • Drive process improvement project & change management

  • Order & revenue reporting and analytics activities to support sales management.

  • Generate regular reports on order processing performance, including cycle times, error rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Utilize analytical tools to provide insights into operational performance and recommend improvement initiatives.

The essential requirements of the job include :

  • Education: BCom / BSc / BE / BBA

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in order processing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or people managerial role.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools). Experience with Oracle ERP system is a plus.

  • Managerial Skills: Proven ability & track record to lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach in identifying and addressing day to day escalation challenges.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing orders and process improvements.

  • Sense of responsibility and urgency: A strong bias to solve customer related issues with a high level of urgency
