You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Provide training on CI tools and techniques. You will also help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS)

  • Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS

  • Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps

  • Establish new work standards to sustain improvement

  • Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities

Mondelez International is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our MDS (Mondelez Digital Services) organization, as a Global Procurement Applications Administrator . In this role, you will be responsible for the technical administration of Procurement Applications, providing both functional and technical guidance to the extended Supplier Tower as well as supporting partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration for Procurement applications, mainly Coupa applications suite including, Coupa Procurement, Coupa Simple Sourcing (CSS) and Coupa Sourcing Optimizer (CSO).

  • Interface with Solution Process Expert for solution design and incorporating value add features and functionality to improve end-user satisfaction.

  • Provide expertise on Coupa configuration and lead the Coupa Administration team partners to deliver ad-hoc and project related Coupa Configuration changes, as well as execution of Coupa upgrades.

  • Advise on interfaces with other systems, including SAP, RPAs and digital systems using both APIs and csv file transfer.

  • Partner with Supplier Tower organization to design and create Coupa forms.

  • Execute cutover for Coupa related projects, working alongside our Coupa Administration team partners.

  • Serve as a single point of contact for Coupa support, attending regular calls with Coupa and raising and tracking progress on support tickets.

  • Ensure SOX controls are adhered to and complete audit activity as required.

  • Provide expertise on the user provisioning process for Coupa, including SSO certificate management.

  • Manage the Coupa non-production landscapes to meet project requirements, aligning copy back requests with Coupa and ensuring the systems are restored and ready to use in conjunction with the Coupa Administration team partners.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration and technical analysis, as well as experience working with configuration of SaaS solutions.

Technical & Career Experiences Required

  • Strong experience of system administration or configuration, preferably in procurement systems.

  • Proven hands-on experience with Coupa.

  • Experience of project delivery in a functional or technical role.

  • Technically curious & resilient - able to work through a problem involving multiple interconnected systems.

  • Project Delivery Methodologies inc. Agile.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.

  • Strong collaboration skills, proactively sharing observations & improvements areas, problem solving skills, attention to details, can-do attitude.

  • Curiosity and energy to continually learn new procurement technologies.

  • Familiar with SAP integration concepts and APIs.
