Maintenance of Equipment
Sale of consumables
Implementing service procedures and maintaining good customer relationships

Continuous up gradation of technical skills, knowledge
100% response to consumer complaints100% timely response to consumer complaints

Value creation for the B+L brand and products.
To install and commission equipment at the client site, demonstrate the equipment.
Work with customers, usually on-site, to solve production problems caused by a specific process or machine
Service the machines at regular intervals, Preventive Maintenance
Pay regular visits to the clients to ensure the smooth functioning of the equipment.
Conduct programs/activities to enhance revenues of the client, procedure growth
Sale of annuities in the installed equipments (revenue + growth)
Generate sales and leads for equipment, conversion of existing installation to latest version
Maintain monthly call average
Provide training on application of refractive equipment to clients/customers
Provide application support to all installed machines
Prepare and submit reports for sales, compliance status, customer feedback/satisfaction, consumption report etc.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
- KOLs/Opthals, Counsellors, Operation managers, PRO, Biomedical OT Staff etc.
QUALIFICATIONS/
TRAINING
BE/B Tech in Electronics/Instrumentation/Bio Medical.
2-8 years in medical equipment/optics industry.
