TITLE: Field Resource Specialist

LOCATION : Bangalore/Mumbai

GRADE : 8

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The role demands end to end ownership of timely completion of T&M Billing. Role requires constant engagement & coordination with the customer, CE, FSM and CSMs. Request customer for quotation approval & PO approval confirmation for Billing.

• Position involves coordination & communication with customers with complete T&M Quotation & PO details.

• Respond immediately to customer in resolving Queries/clarification on Quotation or PO Queries/clarification

• Responsible in Meeting quarterly T&M Target for BAU, Rev Assurance & IMAC

• Overall Project Management & Planning capability (Adherence to processes and systems and smooth functioning without follow-ups)

• Constant planning and effort to achieve deliveries within allotted time frame

• Coordinating and monitoring the performance of Preventive Maintenance

• Understands and performs the various Customers/Vendors Scope of Services and elevates/ escalates issues when appropriate and/or according to established procedures

• Build working relationships with customers and develop informal communication channels with customer account at the local level. Responsible for ownership of all customer issues/needs that are voiced or observed and acts appropriately

• Represents NCR Atleos in a manner that reflects positively on the image and reputation of the company

• Responsible for capturing detailed customer asset information and other data required to complete any invoicing or billing activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Computer skills: Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Tools, including Intermediate Excel (Power Pivot, Data Validation, Nested Formula, Index Function etc.) and PowerPoint

• Communication skills: Their job requires excellent communicators who can clarify expectations and drive alignment

• Collaborative skills: It is also important that applicants have the ability to work together with different teams across the organization with a commitment to deadlines and deliverables.
