Position Summary

This position’s responsibility is to develop a consistent brand identity for a company and establish its online presence. This job involves overseeing marketing strategies to engage customers and ensure that they have a positive view of the company and its products or services. The incumbent’s duties include developing content strategies, publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading, formulating content strategies and managing a content team, among other tasks like creating content for brand campaigns on social media or magazines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals.

  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.

  • Coordinate and manage external agencies and vendors for brand-related projects.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

  • Plan and manage brand campaigns, events, promotions, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Proofreading content for each vertical for all collaterals or PR, copywriting of campaigns

  • Prepare the calendar and tracking sheet for all the projects and regular updates with the stakeholders

  • Setting up processes and managing all the briefing documentation.

  • Managing external creative content providers like agencies of PR, photo shooting, videography etc.

    Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding concepts, and consumer behavior.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing brand campaigns.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

    Education Qualification & Experience required:

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Marketing or similar

  • 4-6 years of brand management, campaign planning and executions

  • Preferably from B2C industry or marketing agencies

    Additional Information:

    Should be flexible in working hours, Ready to travel if required.
