Job Description
An experienced Consulting Testing Practice Senior Director who understands Testing-as-a-Service (TaaS) solutions, industry best practices, multiple business testing methodologies/processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to drive test strategy across agile and waterfall projects. Provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
Deliver TaaS strategy, test automation and test execution for core banking product implementations, major release upgrades and regression testing strategy and execution for ongoing SaaS implementation project for a portfolio of client projects.
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Bring in industry best practices of shift-left based automation for increased ROI. Strong delivery-management, automation strategy and innovation-driven analytical skills, in order to benchmark the competition and keep the company ahead of it. Contribute to program review meetings. Business intelligence skills for understanding the needs of the business and its competitors to gain a broader view of the target market.
Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements
This Senior Director position is accountable for managing the three main pillars of a practice: people management, portfolio/delivery management and Testing service business development/sales enablement and responsible for
Leading and delivering TaaS test strategy for SaaS implementation, test automation and test execution for core banking product implementations, Automated regression testing strategy and execution for maintenance releases, patchset releases and Quarterly Innovation releases for portfolio of SaaS client projects.
Drive strategic & solution-selling for large Cross-LoB Cross-product opportunities providing Testing-solution, business, value-delivery, staffing aligned to the strategic & tactical direction of customers.
Coordinate with regional and global counterparts, orchestrate between multiple LoBs to ensure a total solution is presented to the customer
Expand Testing Practice contacts deep and wide within the customer organization.
Leading AGILE offshore TaaS delivery of end-to-end Day-1 & Day-2 services, DevOPS CD/CI Tool orchestration with automation framework (Selenium/Java) implementation.
Testing Delivery & Program management, Business Analysis & Business Development providing Banking Techno functional Testing for SaaS (TaaS) leadership with excellent understanding of SaaS lifecycle, Strong Functional & Automated Test solution-ing, with Testing-as-a-Service (TaaS) strategy, innovation-driven test automation solution-ing & Testing Business Development
Leveraging Gen AI to deliver efficiencies in Test Automation coverage and automated test data.
Designing, building and Re-use of SaaS Test Automation packs and repositories as part of TaaS delivery and maximize re-use across portfolio of TaaS projects.
Working with US-Customer, Offshore Shared-Services Testing delivery and collaborative stakeholder management
Building relationships, influence, manage conflicts and navigate through office politics in order to get things done
21-24 years of experience relevant to this position.

Responsibilities
Responsible for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of Testing practice. Responsible for setting and driving strategic direction, ensuring profitable growth of the practice, quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer referenceability. Actively develop new approaches and opportunities for expanding customer base. Creates and implements operational processes to drive consistency and support achievement of practice business strategy.
Responsible for cultivating Oracle cross-functional communications through the creation and maintenance of strategic relationships with other lines of business which may include Consulting Delivery & Implementation team, Product Development and Regional Consulting Sales. Assesses and manages business risk in pursuit of overall business goals. Accountable for managing and growing a substantive revenue stream and customer base. Manages and leads through management team and/or senior level individual contributors. Resolves staffing issues for very complex engagements. Identifies, leads, or oversees the development of customer-facing business solutions and offerings that have an impact on the market. May serve as advisor or project sponsor role for complex engagements.
