_Division Profile:_ The Wealth Management Platforms organization manages digital platforms and experiences across the Advisor, Workplace and Direct channels, ensuring that our capabilities lead the industry and are delivered and integrated seamlessly. _Position Summary:_ We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Digital Client Experience & Platforms team. The Digital Client Experience & Platforms team defines and drives the online and mobile experiences for Morgan Stanley and ETRADE clients. In the Business Analyst role, you will inform direction and contribute to the creation and on-going success of the latest digital solutions for our clients. This role is for a business analyst / junior Product Owner on the Auth Preferences squad. Initial project/product coverage will include ETRADE Security Settings rewrite, Third Party Data Sharing enhancements and BAU/RTB maintenance items. There may be ongoing coverage for Account Visibility / Single Sign On (AVSSO) as this is still in a transitional phase between squads. Future coverage would likely include UDP efforts for Security Settings enhancements (e.g., improved MFA options on ET, retiring legacy security settings) and username/password rules harmonization.

_Key Responsibilities:_**

Keyresponsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:

· Conduct business analysis to fulfill the needs of the business and technology teams · Act as liaison between business units and project team in needed areas of product development, delivery support and enhancements · Create management reporting and presentations to convey the status, strategy, roadmap and objectives of the product team · Write clear, concise and complete user stories, epics and process flows · Write client and field communications as well as training documentation as needed to promote the release and rollout of new features · Assist with engagement of control partners (e.g. risk, compliance, legal, fraud) to satisfy the needs of the project team throughout the delivery lifecycle · Collaborate with developers and testers to verify that solutions meet the business requirements · Learn about and stay current with emerging authentication technologies and solutions · Provide training support as needed for users, local field trainers and help desk personnel · Provide support to users in the field for issues escalated to the team · Participate in presentations and training events for Financial Advisors and other end users · Support the release and implementation of platform and product enhancements

_Experience:_

· Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree will be a plus.

· 3 – 5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management or financial technology

· Independent and motivated self-starter who can manage multiple parallel work streams and initiatives to aggressive deadlines · Detail-oriented, highly organized and results-driven professional with a desire for learning opportunities and career development · Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including ability to create polished presentations suitable for senior management · Ability to think critically, solve problems, assist with decision support and build rapport across the organization · Experience working with cross functional teams, including UX, technology, marketing, communications, legal, risk and compliance · Strong ability to represent and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories and epics · Experience with software development methodologies (i.e., Agile, Waterfall) with direct experience working with Agile processes and concepts · Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment · Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc. · Knowledge or experience with cyber security, fraud, authentication and user entitlements a plus
