This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 2-3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.

ABOUT THE TEAM ARC (Automation, Reinvention & Collaboration) team is part of Parametric Operations. This team is core to success of Parametric Operations and is inclined with vision of Ops2.0. This team works on identifying opportunities, developing prototype, building custom solutions and its implementations. This team also works with core technology team as SME from Operation.

ABOUT THE ROLE As part of the Global Operations Team, the Operations Workflow Analyst is a hands-on contributor who plays a critical role in building an ecosystem and culture of process driven decision making in Operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand existing legacy process flow for multiple systems while sitting with the business users then identify potential change in process flow
  • Define the process, Model the process as per new & optimized way, deploy it and support it on platform on this it is built In depth understanding of business mapping tool such as Camunda or Pega (Camunda is preferred)
  • Deep understanding of process mapping orchestrator and its framework
  • Think outside the box to design and develop complex dashboards
  • Replace manual reporting process in Excel and use available data sets to enrich existing reports
  • Leverage a deep understanding of operations data in all aspect of work

SKILL SET Required Experience: 4 years Skill set: Strong logical process mapping, Camunda workflow implementation, Process mapping & optimization

Primary Skills

Bachelor's Degree (4 year degree) in Computer Science/Engineering, or similar required 4 years of software development experience as an individual contributor; with no less than 4 years in the field of business process mapping & process automation Must have developed & transformed several big process to bring efficiency Experience in supporting developed mapped orchestration using tools such as Camunda / Pega Hands on experience in workflow development Must have developed complex and efficient process Understanding of data, data base and being able to query data Methodology & Technology - Camunda, Pega, logical reasoning

Good to Have Skills

  • Financial industry experience specially in top tier financial GCC
  • Should be able to challenge BAU
  • Logical in approach and successful in a startup environment
  • Front office operations experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to understand business requirement and convert that into technological implementations
  • Quick learner , helpful, dependable & innovative
