Job Summary:

The overall responsibility of the role includes partnering with internal & external partners for both the vendor management & learning delivery analyst roles. As part of the CBS Learning Team, the incumbent is responsible for coordination, development and implementation of learning solutions. Providing training feedback and recommending opportunities to improve the learner’s experience. This role is also responsible for end to end vendor coordination/communication, budget management & tracking of global delivery budgets for all regions supported by the center.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating annual purchase orders in collaboration with the learning delivery team. Handling & tracking budget utilization & global delivery expenses country wise. Use of BI tool to extract relevant reports & audit of the budgets.

  • Responsible for handling all vendor communication with external vendors & internal partners including COHRE, Finance, Procurement teams & GIT. Handle vendor related issues (e.g invoicing, vendor performance management). Partner with the Global Learning Team and CBS Vendor Management Specialist to align on vendor processes.

  • Quarterly chargebacks- cost adjustments to be done against the training cost. Quarterly auditing of the SAP report to ensure correct training cost are allocated under right buckets

  • Handle key strategic and day-to-day operational responsibilities pertaining to the planning and execution of the Training Calendar for the region. Secure on-going communication and alignment with COHRE, CBS and Business HR on the ground for current and new learning initiatives. Responsible to communicate to Business HR learning priorities based on input received from COHRE and address local/Regional training needs to COHRE

  • Stay informed on legislation impacting the Region’s training and education obligations (e.g. Unions, Language requirements, type of learning format) and share it with COHRE; bring up ad-hoc training needs

  • Implement and assess training programs within the designated regions. Create ad-hoc communication material on training happening in the region. Use execution of learning plans on the ground and coordinate local (project) training efforts to ensure the full utilization of site training facilities, processes, resources, equipment and third-party vendors

  • Provide support to Business HR in responding to specific and unique technical and professional development issues. Assist in prioritizing training requirements; resolving and clarifying training goals and objectives; and identifying trainers to support Learning plans. Continually seek and support innovative approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs

  • Ensure LMS is updated and complete to support planning, completion tracking and reporting (eg: scheduling offering in LMS ahead of time, updating completion promptly). Be the first point of contact for Users for LMS queries & provide relevant partners with applicable training feedback.

  • Logistic coordination of instructor-led training courses (classroom or virtual) and train-the-trainer sessions. Coordinate, schedule, and setup virtual and classroom meetings. Moderate and/or host virtual sessions as needed. Provide support to instructors and participants prior to, during (test content, resolve technical issues) & post-session support as required.

  • Support target audience identification and session management (eg: run gap report and communicate to incomplete Users). Facilitate training deployment, including testing and communications. Track attendance / completion; confirm learner and instructor credit, etc. Provide support and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements (attendance, collect feedback, distribute recorded sessions)

Education/ Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Learning on the ground experience

  • Bachelor education, Master preferred

  • Up to 3 years of HR/Learning/Operation experience

  • English: fluent (speaking, reading, writing)

Areas of Skills:

  • General understanding of the Learning process/Vendor management

  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues

  • Handles internal communications and external / client communications with detailed support and assistance

  • Demonstrates customer centricity and ability to perform administrative activities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based environment

  • Strong time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple, aggressive timelines.

  • Strong project and process management skills
