The Retail Partner Data and Reporting Lead will sit within the Business and Sales Operations Organisation and lead a globally located team. This new position brings together our Retail Partner data experts and creators of 3 regional solutions (EMEA, Asia and Americas) and will be tasked with maintaining service levels for our regional solutions while innovating to bring greater consistency and value. This role will partner closely with the Technical Solutions Team on Data Governance and all-up Data Strategy, and with Finance on joint requirements and implementation.

In addition to a technical understanding of Data Infrastructure, Data Analytics / Analytics Methodologies and Process Management, this leader will need to demonstrate business and thought leadership and build a strategic data and analytics function in an agile, repeatable, and persistent way. 

The role will also manage a global team community and will need to create clarity around role expectations, generate energy, and collectively deliver success. This role requires a leader with the proven ability to influence others, collaborate effectively in ambiguous and matrixed situations/structures and get the best from a diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages the WW Retail Data and Reporting Team

  • Drives the identification and prioritization of opportunities for improvements within Retail Partner Data and Analytics processes and reports

  • Partners with business leaders to prioritize identified pain points and works to solve based on a communicated roadmap

  • Partners with Technical Solutions and Finance to ensure a joined up and harmonised approach to data governance, infrastructure and implementation

  • Reviews, measures, and monitors operational roadmaps and continuous improvement as well as provide quarterly updates on progress against KPIs

  • Leadership capability with demonstrated track record of management excellence

  • Experienced in data technologies, strategic thinking, and execution excellence

  • Solutions mindset with a passion for simplifying the complex through identified pain points

  • Executive presence and confidence, willing to take on big challenges, advocate a position, build a business case, and influence others; Interpersonal and conflict resolutions skills

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences AND 10+ years experience in or leading sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field

  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Design, Finance or related field AND 10+ years experience in or leading sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years people management experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Design, Finance, Information Systems or related field AND 10+ years experience in or leading sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field.

Sales Operations M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year.
