The Azure Infrastructure Commercial Solution Area (CSA) Team positions the value of our best-in-class infrastructure solutions & services to enable Corporate commercial customers and public sector organizations to accelerate successful business outcomes of their digital transformation more securely.
The regional Time Zone (TZ) Leader is seen as a trusted advisor for their solution area by shaping the business performance, making the market through lighthouse wins, enabling the next wave of growth by incubating new services while building the best team of technology experts who make business outcomes happen for customers. The TZ leader leads a team of 30+ Global Black Belts located across Asia.
The TZ Leader partners with the Area(s) to optimize business performance and enable future growth. They develop new high-growth scaled solutions and connect technology to business outcomes to win market making opportunities. They also role model, develop, and coach Area leadership to maximize solution success.
Responsibilities
Shape The Business Performance – Collaborate, Coach and Course Correct the sales execution model for the region, inspiring the area and team to achieve success as aligned to the GTM motion.
Inform The Next Growth Workload Plan – Identify patterns, insights and market inputs to develop a plan to execute the next high growth workloads for the solution area.
Build leadership capacity in the field – Establish and role model the standard for Area leadership, offering direction, feedback, and coaching to support their development.
Make the market for Microsoft – Accelerate market demand by sponsoring and coaching market making wins by orchestrating key resources from across the company.
Build the BEST team able to connect technology to business outcome – Recruit, develop and retain a team of highly experienced professionals with deep technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between solution technology and customer outcomes.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
10+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND 10+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
6+ years senior technical sales leadership experience in cloud services growth preferably Infrastructure.
6+ years leadership in a scale business, including experience of channel leverage & leadership.
