The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our team drives cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact on a scale. 

As the Leader of this motivated and culturally diverse team , your role is to lead the Investment and Resource Management framework of execution across Asia . You will report to the Asia Regional BSO Leader. This position is open to candidates located in any core Microsoft location across Asia.

Responsibilities

• You will oversee the Investment Governance process in collaboration with Finance and other Microsoft teams. Establish clear roles & responsibilities, create a framework to document, and manage the Investment Rhythm and dissemination of available funds to prioritized strategic initiatives.

• You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Marketing operations governance framework for the Asia region. This role encompasses agile budget management and enhancing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Finance and Marketing teams to continually improve governance processes.

• You will lead the BSO Region Blueprint and EDM process ensuring strategic insights as inputs into long term resource investment plays and oversee the execution of Employee Data Management (EDM).

• You will partner with the Global Sales Operations Center (GSOC) team to identify services expansion that scale productivity and enable efficiencies in Resources managementSupport Tool simplification and drive Data Platform and Reporting consolidation by adopting Microsoft standard Toolset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 12+ years' experience in program management, process management, process improvement

• 4+ years management (e.g., people, project, process, vendor, change) experience
