To help us accelerate achieving our objectives, growth and transformation, we are looking for a Business Manager to work in our India COE team within CSCP. The role will work with our Executive Office, cross functional Senior Leaders, and other managers within the India India CoE team to create and drive the knowledge strategy, business processes, and business programs by helping the organization prepare for the future. This individual will also work closely with the wider CSCP leadership in creating a global strategy around knowledge and learning. You will be motivated and passionate about developing the skills and abilities needed to successfully lead through complex change to meet the challenges of the future.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your E2E partnering skills, project management and learning expertise to help build leadership capabilities and scaling learning for the CSCP organization. Responsibilities

• Be a self-starter with a demonstrated track record of providing technology vision and driving using Lean Six Sigma and AI Methodolgies them through.

• Apply Engineering Principals to develop Machine Learning Systems.

• Operationalize and Deploy Machine Learning models and systems on the Azure Cloud.

• collaborate with partner teams (engineering, designers, end users, and data science) to deliver end-to-end systems and experiences. 

• Ensure solution delivered adheres to the technological standards established in the organization Dive into individual problem areas and guide the engineering team by making recommendations and best approaches.

• Good interpersonal and communication (Verbal and written) skills, including the ability to write concise and accurate technical documentation and communication technical ideas to non-technical audiences.

• Manage virtual teams to deliver on programs driving significant impact without direct authority.\

• Identify and drive options to improve operational process improvements.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree OR Masters Degree Preferred Bachelors Degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Computer engineering AND 4+ years experience in AI, Data Analysis engineering OR equivalent experience

• Experience in Machine Learning Operations and Engineering.

• Understand Fundamental Data Science Concepts & Algorithms.

• Security mindset.

Other Required Qualifications:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in Machine Learning Operations and Engineering.

• Understand Fundamental Data Science Concepts & Algorithms.

• Security mindset.

• 10+ years (significant) demonstratable project management experience

• 2+ years (several years of) supply chain or operations domain experience preferred

• Learning and Development Strategy experience

• Strong organization skills with demonstrated ability to be adaptable and resilient
