The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization is leading the effort to create the desired customer experience through support offer creation, driving digital transformation across our tools, and delivering operational excellence across CE&S.

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will enable customers to achieve their outcomes, based on their investments in Microsoft technology. Leveraging your Microsoft Core Infrastructure technical subject matter expertise, especially on Windows Server, you will lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments, including identifying resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects.

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Responsibilities

Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage of customer-owned Microsoft Infrastructure Solutions. Identify resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects.

Articulate, demo, and present complex customer concepts to varying audiences, such as BDMs (Business Decision Makers) & ITDMs (Information Technology Decision Makers). Be the Microsoft Infrastructure subject matter expert with the ability to design customer solutions, lead presentations, demonstrations, and design thinking workshops.

Help customers to maintain and expand their current Microsoft technical solutions in on-premise and mature environments, as well as guide them towards leveraging Azure cloud solutions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Infrastructure and espeically Windows Server preferably in a large-scale environment

Good understanding of Microsoft Infrastructure Solutions.

Multiyear experience in a customer-facing role in information technology (IT)

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Fluency in both written and verbal English & German languages is required

 Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity and Certification with other Microsoft technologies, specifically Azure.
