We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Western Europe HQ CSAM team. This role is pivotal in driving business priorities of the WE CSAM teams. It involves producing essential reports and dashboards to track and drive CSAM priorities. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for managing and driving specific CSAM programs for the team. As a member of the Western Europe Headquarter team you will support and partner with our 10 countries to deliver on those KPIs and priorities.

Responsibilities

Reporting and Dashboard Management

  • Produce accurate and timely reports to support business operations and decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Produce the necessary input for our Fiscal year rhythm of business (ex: objectives, headcount)

CSAM Program Management

  • Drive specific Customer Success Account Management (CSAM) programs to achieve team objectives.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement program initiatives effectively, in particular with Solution Area leaders and other disciplines such as Customer Service & Support or Redmond HQ teams.

  • Adapt programs to the Western Europe market and constraints

  • Monitor and report on program progress, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Provide support and training to team members on program-related activities.

Headquarter support

  • Be the point of contact for teams in Redmond central teams to gather details and insights into changes and new priorities.

  • Synthetize information to keep Western Europe CSAM managers up to date and help them focus on the top priorities

  • Gather feedback from teams to help provide insights back to the leadership team and the central teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong cloud technology background and understanding of Azure products.

  • Strong execution excellence skills.

  • Proven experience in report generation and data analysis.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, cross-functional, multi-cultural team environment.

  • Ability to generate trust, build alliances, and partner with interdisciplinary teams.
