Wastequip Warranty Coordinator in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky
Description
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warranty coordination, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the refuse, automotive, or heavy equipment industry.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workwise, and other web-based programs.
Experience with Salesforce, Adobe InDesign, AutoCAD, and Smartsheet is a plus.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures and the use of office machines and equipment.
Ability to understand and interpret pertinent policies and procedures clearly and accurately.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Other Requirements:
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors and co-workers
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple claims simultaneously.
Willingness to potentially travel to customer sites or vendor locations as needed.
