Responsibilities and Duties

  • Act as a senior customer service leader.

  • Work alongside your team to assess and improve overall performance.

  • Assist the broader sales team engaging as needed to assist in providing information.

  • Manage multiple customer service associates, meeting customer expectations of a responsive customer service organization.

  • Utilize Intellectual Capital programs to incorporate a diverse performance driven culture, developing, coaching and training associates to improve their skill set, and prepare associates for advancement.

  • Work together with your peers to drive execution of deliverables and a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications and Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Service

  • Minimum of 2 years proven leadership managing and developing sales team

  • Self-starter, experience managing a team

  • Prioritize and manage tasks effectively

  • Experience with a multi-faceted branch organization a plus
