Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Work with driver logs and mileage reports.
Work closely with drivers
Schedule birds into plants.
Enter tickets into SAP.
Departmental phone answering and messaging.
Making copies for the department.
Maintaining departmental files.
Opening and routing incoming mail, answering correspondence, and preparing outgoing mail.
Operating office machines such as adding and copy machine.
Working with payroll (Kronos) daily.
Enter crew pay daily.
Enter driver pay on a daily basis.
Working with Movement Schedule to schedule crews to farms.
Putting Movement Schedule into SAP.
Writing And Typing of schedules, putting these loads into SAP.
Enter all reports from plants onto worksheet (daily).
Print all reports for Live haul at end of each week and month.
Do End of Month and send reports.
Enter request for PO’s.
Check DVIR’s daily.
Work closely with Safety.
Other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Resume Required
Must have at least 1 year computer experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Detail oriented
Good attendance and dependability a must
Must be a problem solver and able to make good decisions
Legible handwriting
Professional phone skills
Must be able to work closely with others without conflict
Good communication skills
Able to deal effectively with a high level of stress
Must be self-motivated to perform simultaneous tasks without close supervision
Confidentiality is a must
Must be able to pass a background check and drug and alcohol test.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED required
