Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Legal industry, based in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with supporting paralegals and attorneys by obtaining necessary medical and pharmacy records for cases. You will also be expected to keep our Case Management system updated with accurate information in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical and pharmacy records required for specific cases, either directly or through a third party vendor.

• Keep up-to-date records in the Case Management system.

• Evaluate obtained information for its relevance to the case.

• Ensure all case-related documents are readily available to the legal team.

• Maintain regular contact with current clients.

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, handling sensitive situations in a detail oriented manner.

• Utilize your strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• Be deadline-driven and highly organized.

• Exude a positive detail oriented demeanor when interacting with a variety of people. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

• Prior CSR or Customer Service experience

• Capability to perform scanning tasks efficiently

• Exceptional Customer Service skills

• Demonstrated ability to provide Superior Customer Service

• Possess Detail Oriented Phone Etiquette

• Familiarity with Phone Etiquette standards

• Experience working with Legal Professionals

• Skills in drafting and managing Legal Correspondence

• Proficient in handling Legal Documentation

• Experience dealing with Legal Files

• Knowledge of Legal Terminology TalentMatch®
