Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Trailer Mechanic to join our team. In addition to mechanical repairs and inspections, the ideal candidate will also install snowplows and salt spreaders. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working hands-on in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Diagnose and repair trailer systems, including brakes, lights, and suspension.
•Conduct inspections of trailers to ensure safety and compliance.
•Install snowplows and salt spreaders on various vehicle types.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a trailer mechanic or in a similar role.
•Knowledge of snowplow and salt spreader installation.
•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
Compensation: Wage will be based on experience, with opportunities for raises and advancement.
