Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 14 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, a related function, or a similar advanced degree.

• Experience building, developing, and leading a team.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with and communicating with senior executives.

• Experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

• Excellent business partnering skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships, work in a fast-paced environment, and drive operational initiatives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions. As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Excellent at working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to address big picture challenges.

You are both a manager and a mentor, providing financial leadership and analytical support to partners of the core Finance team as well as giving your own team the support they need to become financial experts. You'll keep management informed on key financial metrics and work to improve financial operation practices throughout your region.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $205,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop investment strategies and risk management to accelerate growth of premium subscribers through cross-product partnerships, third-party agreements, marketing, and influence the outcomes through data-driven analysis.

• Partner with Gemini and Workspace teams to drive business generation and go-to-market of Generative AI for consumers across Google through Google One AI Premium subscription.

• Influence and enable subscriber and business growth, and cost optimization with business partner leads, and develop frameworks and infrastructure to measure and report on drivers of growth and ROI of go-to-market spend.

• Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, provide the appropriate level of oversight, coaching, and involvement in agenda setting.

• Keep stakeholders informed on key financial metrics, construct executive level presentations, and present analytical findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner.
